Error Help?

Whenever I go into a loading screen, instead of the usual Phantasy Star Online 2 logo in the bottom left box, I now see a red background with multiple yellow errors. This occured when my internet went out during a loading screen in a mission.

I tryed a restart and its still there...any help fixing it?

Sidenote: Anyone know how to make your game load more character models? It only allows about 3 people to be detailed at a time.

I can't help you with your problem, but I can help you with the character models issue. :O
Go to your Documents -> SEGA -> PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 -> and open user.pso2 with notepad.
Find "DitailModelNum = x", and replace x with however many characters you want to load. I set mine to 60, which I think is the max.

EDIT: This is in case your current graphical settings won't allow you to change it the normal way, as Sp-24 posted.

Not sure what to say about the PSO2 pic, try File Check (3rd option in the launcher), I guess?

As for the models, press Esc when in the game, pick the picture with two gears, then pick the third option (it should say "オプシュンス", or something). In the options window, open the fourth category and pick the bottom option. Finally, move the top slider all the way to the max. That should do the trick.

if for whatever reason the character model number on the in game slider shows 5-----|-----5 or if changing the detailed model count in the user.pso2 file doesn't allow you to render more then 5, please leave a post in this thread+^_^+ http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=195516 I've been trying to find someone with the same issue as me, if only to keep count+^_^

Try repairing your game files through the launcher, and to raise the amount of characters you can see go to the menu in game and select the 3rd option the in there go to the very last + and in the last option you will see a bar that goes from 5-100 raise it to see more characters.

Thanks for the responses guys, Ill post back my results when PSO2 comes back on later tonight, also Ill try sending Sega a message in Japanese if the problem persists :p

The error fixed with checking the files I think, but yeah in-game I saw 5 <---> 5, and I tryed manually editing the user.pso2 file, to no luck.
