PSO2.exe not open?!?

Hi, I tried to open the program by changing compatibility, reinstalling, and nothing till 20 min eh expected to be open and not open. My pc specs:

E2-3000M AMD 2.4 GHZ
AMD Radeon HD 6380G

RAM 8 GB
OS: Windows 8 consumer preview
DirectX 11 DirextX

PSO2 doesn't seem to like Windows 8 much at all from all the problems people are having getting PSO2 to work with it
