That doesn't cause you to regen faster when not casting. I saw the bar regen from 50-100 while the enemy was underground... in like 2 seconds.

I have a feeling it's the mag.

But my mag doesn't activate pp regen that much... or, at least, I'm not sure what actually activates the pp regen device. :/

It's definitely the mag. But it triggers so often...

Maybe it has 3 PP Regen devices? Do we know if their effects stack or not?

Anyway, it's either that, or Japanese players like to cheat and hack.

You get an increased trigger rate if you place the same autoskill multiple times in the mag's skill slots.
I have HP recovery A on 2 slots and it activates pretty frequently.

While what you may say is true, I can't find any PP regen devices other than the one that came with the mag. :/ So I don't know if a user can have multiple ones..
