GC: To panic or not to panic...

Okay from the top. All PSO files working fine. I play with my second character for a little, then when I switch off, suddenly my save becomes corrupt and it wants me to destroy my 2 fables characters! I know the DC versions of PSO were unreliable with screwed saves online, but offline on a new version?!?! Surely that can't be right! Someone please help!

Did you take out your memcard and then put it back in and try again?

Yes, then it said data was corrupted and it wants to delete everything!!!!!!!!!!11
