Can't get past Cache on sign

I've tried changing my Keyboard to typing in Japanese Kana an typing what is exactly in the Cache image and nothing work's it prompts me with a pops saying that my kana is wrong comparing to the Cache image is there a way to get around this for signing in on the website of PSO ?
