How much more time or when does it come back up for the server. My time is EST

I heard it was 1 AM EST on the 4th, but I could be completely wrong.
Currently JPN is offset by 12 hours compared to EST time so if you can find out what time they go up in Japan you have your answer for US just change the AM to PM to the opposite

EDIT: It's actually 13 hours. See the posts under me for details. Sorry for that mistake. I was applying DST to the time zone when it was already applied.

It's the summer. I thought Daylight Savings time makes it 12 hours behind since JPN doesn't observe it, but I guess I was wrong. Oh well

EDIT: Oh I figured it out. It's normally 14 hours, but during DST it's 13. I mixed it up.
