Is the 2nd character slot not actually a 2nd character slot? Like if you delete the character after you make it, will you need to pay money to make a different 2nd character again? Is that what the site says? google translate gettin me antsy.

From what I've gathered on the other threads its a character not a slot. If you delete it, you'll have to pay again. (Also its only on the server you create, you wont be able to make 1 extra char on every ship).
