Is the server down for maintenance or what?

I just downloaded the game and was really excited about finally getting to play PSO2 even if its in Japanese. So i registered and patched the game fully then after i pick a ship and try to log in, i get error message 649 and after that 632.

So i wonder, is the server down for maintenance or am i doing something horribly wrong?

It is, right now the full game is being uploaded or something lol. All I know is that right now its maitnenece and in a few more hours it'll be pso2.
