Hey I know this probably differs between financial institutions, but is there a fee on top for buying something in Yen that is converted to dollars at the time of sale. I looked at my credit card and the item is there and there doesn't seem to be any additional charge but I was curious if anyone ran into something like this who used a debit card. Thanks in advance.
