This issue just cropped up for me for the first time tonight-- never have I seen it before in any of the betas. It seems that my game locks out for a fraction of a second every time a character is loaded. It's not so bad in quests but the lobby makes it unbearable. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Also I have a gtx 670 4gb, fairly beefy video card, with the rest of my PC's hardware to match. I doubt it's actually a hardware issue of mine.
