Purchasing AC w/o needed Address

I read on the AC threads that some people were buying AC without being asked for an address with their Credit Cards.

How about did this happen for people? Every time I try to do so, I get the prompt for my address, and it won't accept it.

In another thread we came to the conclusion that they probably had their address registered from playing PSU or something else. Which is why they didnt have to put in an address. The users who claimed they didn't insert an address are people I know ive seen around on other stuff. So its more than likely the case.
