New coffee client quest that you have to gather 90 material from each planet, any native monster drops it.

Is that really the one to unlock the level cap and not the Tundra one?

Yes, the 90 x 3 Quest is your level cap.
The Tundra quest is to S Rank Desert 3 Hard mode in 22 minutes.

It´s not too bad. Although, it´s strange too see that levels isn´t given anymore.
