Problems with the controls!

I am having a problem with running this game... It won't let me move, it only lets me use my mouse! I have been trying to move in the tutorial screen, but... It really doesn't allow me to. All I can do is click to shoot (I'm a ranger), but if I try to hit the W key to move forward, the log chat comes up and the w appears as if I was typing there... It DOES allow me to move if I hold down the Ctrl key, but that is really annoying...


Has anyone had the same problem? Can somebody help me fix it please?

Does not work. Just brings up the chat with the letter t written on it.

Scroll Lock on your keyboard. It activates type-only mode even if you try to disable it in the chat window. That's the key, press it!

What do you mean? I did not understand that... if I press T in any moment, even when the chat is up or while pressing Ctrl, it does nothing, only bringing up the skill tab on the lower part of the game screen...

He means press the scroll lock key. It makes it so when you press a key it goes immediately to typing a message
