Can anyone translate the Graphics options?

Hello guys/gals, big PSO fan and want to try out PSO2. I been sitting here trying to make sense of what is what, only was able to figure out the res settings since everything is in Japanese lol.

Dunno if anyone already did or really where to look, so I apologize in advance if I missed it.
