Free Draw Art in PSO2

How do you free draw art in PSO2? I see all these people in the lobby's posting the same ones, etc. So I assume we can draw our own art, but how?

i believe you go to edit your first post, go into advanced, then you can delete that post which should delete thread+^_^+

Yeah, I can't find an option to delete it..

i see, i just went to try and it wouldn't let me, used to be able to+^_^+ unless i'm thinking another forum (but i coulda sworn it was this one) either way Mods please lock this this thread+^_^+

I don't think you can delete it once someone else has posted in it.
