Need some quick help!

Check out this image.. apparently im supposed to press 'E' to go inside this telepipe looking thing.. but nothings happening. Kind of annoying -.-.

That's a collection emergency code. Now, you walk around the map to find little glowing crystals and come back to this. Press E to throw them in.
Every once in a while, the NPCs will tell you where to find the crystals if you're having trouble. You can see coordinates in your chat log as they're telling you where to go.
