Rare Talis デュエルゲイズ

Hey guys, it seems that the Talis デュエルゲイズ is able to be equipped by other classes, looks that way for my RAcaseal anyway. Does it let other classes besides force use Force PAs？Thinking of buying one of these.

But I can use .FO. type evade and dash around when I equip it
