Would appreciate a guide on to using webmoney

I've attempted googling, researching, and trying to use my Card in attempt to acquire arks cash, no luck at all.

Could someone post a guide on how I can use it without hassle? I, along with many others, would really appreciate it, thanks!

Ah OK, I haven't used it myself so can't help much more. Worth checking that site or the guides list here.

Buy Webmoney from one of the many available source on the internet, when purchased you'll be given a code.
Go to the PSO2 payment site, login to your account.
Select the amount of Ark Cash you wish to purchse.
Select Webmoney payment option.
Input the Code into the available slot.
Complete and you're done.

Logic would dictate the Japanese company, but this one seems well known.
