Anyone else having issues with color change?

I have done some searching and only found 1 topic really talking about changing costume colors. Apparently, you're suppose to have 12 Gatcha clothing items and take it to the merchant beside the house item store. I have done this, but when i click on the card there are no clothing items to select. I am wondering if I have missed something, or just simply misunderstood.

Anyone else having issues or have some information they could share?

I see.. just to save myself time and grief, could you or anyone else tell me how you obtain rappy suits now? I would just search it, but I figured I may be safer just asking just in case the process may have changed. Thanks so much for your time and response.
