Don't recall seeing anything specifically on this...
In game what are they called if you wanted to find them in shops?

Specifically more interested in the one that effects range.

Mag reset wipes all stats, and leaves it up to you to re-feed it.

it's hard to tell "exactly." But at level 0, one food device will raise the stat by 8 levels. At level 20 it's more like 2 and some.

There are plenty of guides about the effects of the Mag devices. There are two Mag guides specifically talking about all of this in the Guides section of PSO-W. Also my guide in my signature has pictures and translations of all mag devices. All three guides are linked in the only sticky of the guides section...

The translation page:
Looked at B.1.3 Mag Menu but that wasn't quite was I looking for (but did find something i was wondering about thanks :) )

Looks in the index for E.3 Mag Trigger Action Item Guide under Miscelanous....unless my computer actin up....the page itself seems broken as it stops after Client Order.

I'll check the others in a few.

WTH looks like my "partner" edited the post today and screwed shit up. It's a good thing I keep a backup for this occasion. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Devices are special items that can speed up the feeding process. You can acquire devices in Scratch. When you give them devices you may get new trigger actions.

フードデバイス/射撃 Food Device / Striking
フードデバイス/射撃防御 Food Device / Striking Defense
フードデバイス/射撃 Food Device / Range
フードデバイス/射撃防御 Food Device / Range Defense
