Can't access in game

Dear everyone
I have been dowloaded this game and lunch. After the game' trailer, the screen game shut down and nothing happens, i can't access in game. Plz help me!

Are you getting any error messages when it shuts down?

When you open the launcher, press the second button from the top. A slider from 1-5 should be there. Lower it to 1, and then press the bottom left blue button, then the bottom right. Launch the game, and see if that works. If it doesn't, there might be a compatibility issue with your graphics card and the game, or the driver for it.
