Can't start the game :S

So when I try to launch this happens:

But I won't progress.
So It just keeps being stuck there :S

The patching can take quite an extensive period of time. At first glance it might LOOK like it's not doing anything, however after a little bit of waiting you will notice that there is some life to those blue bars.

Patience indeed, the maitenance for release on July 4th took me 5 hours of waiting, I just went and played Mass Effect 2 while it patched, you're fine as long as it doesn't error out

Had to delete and reinstall.

It was like I thought not slow, but completely stuck.
After reintall, the update bar started to move instantly...

EDIT: Reinstalled and it still error's out on me and after second try It won't move beyonf the first screenshot I posted...
