Transfering Souls/Compound abilities.

I have a Weapon with another history and EXP boost on it already. I want to transfer a soul (Vol Soul) and a compound ability(which i made). Now the question is,

How do i transfer the soul and compound ability while keeping my 2 pre-existing abilities as well?

Rare-only affixes aren't unlockable during a transfer as far as I know. Another History might be, but definately not EXP Boost or Lucky Rise.

I have a feeling you'd lose your exp bonuses, so I suggest making a different weapon that has Vol Soul and Power III on it for damages to switch to

No, it doesn't. I know what an ability/affix is. I'm wondering what being a "compound" ability/affix entails.

I too, am not sure if he means something like Ability II or III or something more like Shoot V :p It doesn't matter though. edit:ah, ability 2... how i hate you WTF 20% transfer chance

It's not possible to do any fiddling with rare weapon affixes without losing them rare-specific ones entirely (afaik, only tested out with EXP Boost and Lucky Rise)

Edit: Guide just says that you need all 3 of the attack slots, or all 3 of the defense slots in the system
