I will also take time to translate the abilities if you want to know:

1st: FREEZE lvl2
2nd: ARM lvl1 = +10 ability
3rd: SNOW SOUL = Striking Def +30, HP+20
4th: LUCKY RISE = 5% item drop

note that this is probably the best force rod there currently is and also with 4 abilities that are actually somewhat useful, freeze is fine, arm is useful for every class, striking def and HP are always handy and 5% item drop will help you get out of the poorness you will be in after you buy it.... little faster as more items to vendor will drop :P
I've never seen this item so it might actually be one of very few on ship2 (only one on auction)

Whats the lowest you are taking for it? And where did it drop? is it from the big mammoth or what?

the rod has been sold for 8M if anyone would like to know. If you get one like this with 3-4 abi you can probably get like 10M for it even if you try hard. I just wanted to get rid of it before the new weapons from mines come.
