Skill tree reset

Hi community, i want to buy a reset ticket for my main character so i can sort my skill tree out, my question is how easy is it to find use a reset ticket :-P

The description of the reset ticket says it only works on purchased skill trees, so your only option is to buy a skill tree and let the original tree stay scarred
