Who drops the 8* rod from Hard Volcanoe? I'm assuming its Vol Dragon given the fact that this is the only mission that currently drops it.

The JP wiki seems to say that it's the Catardragon, the stretchy one. One can also be found during the catardragon mission too I think it's saying
