what are interupt events? ive been translating some of the system messages and been wondering what they are since they are ranked etc

interrupt events are pretty much game-assigned kill rankings. they assign a certain mob/level group to kill and you earn points to get on a ranking that grants medals/FUN points for the top 3 spots. the first place winner also gets their name broadcasted for all the ship to see.

i think someone on psow got first place in one of the rankings recently. thought it was pretty neat.
