Level gap effects on party exp ?

Sense servers are done atm, I cant test it myself so hoping someone would have the answer. I exclusively play with my friend who is 100% dedicated hunter. I am more wishy washy player who usually plays every class before finding one I like. Problem atm we have a 15 level gap between my nearly adapted class and his Hunter.

So curious what is the optimal level range if any for non-deteriorated exp.

I've noticed no exp deterioration at all, although the most our gap has been is 10 levels. I don't see why they would have that in a PSO game anyway. Level 200s joining normal TTFs and all that.
