Echo Mag quest question?

The first quest for the Echo Mag i already fed the Mag the item and its green but it won't turn the quest in it tells me the item is still in the backpack? but i already fed it the purple item. Anyone else encountered this problem?

did you feed it 2 dimates (the 2 dot recovery item)? if not, that's your problem.

yeah if your monomates/dimates/trimates are full you can't accept those as rewards so you can't clear the client order.
