Ships 2 and 10 filled for good?

Are they going to open up either of these servers again or do we need to pick a new server for english speakers?

I have friends on both and can't make a character.

I'm not really sure. Bumped.org says they're locked for good and I suppose that could be true if they have no plans of expanding them. If they open them back up without increasing the maximum capacity by adding more blocks, then they will be right back where they started, overloading the server. I think as time goes on, they will probably open them back up since they will need to expand, but until then... looks like you're out of luck.

I hear a new English group is starting to form on Ship 6/Block 20 though.

Oh, you're right! That's what I get for having selective memory, lol.
