Mag devices?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows what types of mag devices there currently are, what they do, and how you obtain them? I'm assuming with arks cash, but specifics would be awesome. And can mag devices be sold through player shops? if so, is there a translation guide somewhere? Thanks.
