Just look for Character slot.

Its under "system".

I guess we cant make another character due to congestion?

Wich is kind of stupid seeing as how we wouldnt be able to play both characters at the same time anyway. Should be able to make more than one even with the servers full. Still only one user, just more than one character.

Well that's "comforting" to know~ I was literally just about to buy a character slot. Looks like I'm camping out on Ship10 for a while.

Yea I wanted to make another character too but wasn't allowed due to congestion :< Hope they lift it soon
