No sir, Mags technically aren't even items, more just an extension of your character and their stats. ^^;

When you buy them from AC shop you buy them as tickets. I looked into whether or not you could sell those tickets and the answer is no...

Most of the AC items are untradeable. Only cosmetics such as costumes and accessory unlock tickets are tradeable, irrc.
