You need at least 4GB (or 5GB) free on the partition where the User profile is located, it tends to be C:

How do you explain me being able to screenshot previously while having only 2GB of free space on the drive I keep the user profile (C:) then?

No idea, but it worked for me after I freed up some space. Maybe it has something to do with the percentage of free space on the partition? Try freeing up 2GB and see if it works.

So according to bumped.org they fixed this and it was a bug apparently.

"Corrected a bug where the screenshot function would display the message “insufficient disk space” even though there was enough space on the hard drive."
