Was just on block 19 when a new mission appeared similar to an emergency mission does. Expect it had the Tundra Snow Banshee boss with the forest location as its area. Anyone know why? I tried to enter in but got denied. Somethig that I don't know, since no thread has appeared in this section about this...

This is the time attack quest. It's been available since the last content patch. I don't know why you were denied entry, maybe you didn't pick up the client order? There is an NPC upstairs near Joseph who gives it out.

He was denied access because you need a party of at least 2 people to do the Time Attack mission.
