From human to cast

What is the item in Japanese that allows one to change the head from human to Cast for a Cast character? Thanks in advance!

Actually I'm just trying to get that new male Cast Head, not sure the process to go about this...

Once you've used the ticket head on over to the makeover shop in the shopping district (it's pink) and you'll be able to select your new head.
