password help

Ok, I seriously need help. Im trying to register for a sega ID to join the jp population, but the registration form keeps saying the password format is wrong.I use an 8character password, with one of them a questionmark and one of them a number, I use a capital at the start, the rest is letters. What am I doing wrong? :(

Try remove the quesition mark

If I remember correctly, like most places, it simply requires X amount of digits and you must include a number somewhere in the password and refrain from using symbols.
