Its suppose to be able to go up to 20 but mines says stuck on 5. any ideas?

I think it's a glitch. I'm running on max settings on PSO2, and have the settings cranked up on my graphics card and still have great FPS, so I don't think it's because I have a weak machine. So far, no one's found a way to work around it.

Change the number in DitailModelNum = 50,
