Date for ship unlock?

Has there been any date given for when we can will be able to make new characters on the ships that are currently locked?

I was on ship 2 already and decided to start from scratch only to find out about the lock after I deleted my character.

Ships 1-5 and 10 are locked out~ And honestly, the ships you're on now are the best to be on. Ship9 an alternative, I suppose.

Phantasy Star Online 2 will be undergoing a very special maintenance because:

Maintenance Contents:

Make adjustments to the server machines
Cancel the character creation restrictions on each ship.
