I believe it's 500 AC for everything. That means if you make a small change, 500 AC. Make lots of changes, 500 AC.

You don't buy individual options. You pay for the whole package.

It's 500 AC per usage. Doesn't matter how many changes you make, it lumps them all together as a single payment that's always the same.

In other words, it doesn't make sense to use it for minor changes. Only do it if you absolutely cannot stand a feature of your character.

I can confirm that. Even if you change the hair color and nothing else it will be 500AC. If you change everything possible, it'll still be 500AC.
