Also seems to be a bug concerning certain units:http://pso2.jp/players/news/?id=230. Kind of iffy to translate it.

Other misc changes:
-Increases max players on each block and made sure each ship has the same number of blocks.
-Skill Tree can now just be reset from the class counter, rather than having to buy the skill reset pass and what not. (Still costs AC)
-Bug and performance fixes.
