It does look more like a launcher. Gag weapons have always been in all the pso games but I never cared too much for them. This one in particular looks really, really stupid. I guess it at least shows that they are a fishing nation and luv sum tuna.

That's actually the "Elenor" MAG from PSO. The RAcaseal happens to be called Elenor, too. Looking forward to that figure! :D
