Every 8-9 hours supposedly but they love having city start when maint is gonna start.

This maint every single day is really getting on my nerves.

It's not half assed, it was a perfect mini guide submitted by us, the users. Not the guide's author's fault that you did not try it on another weapon/armor before hand. Only have yourself to blame really, since you never bothered to test before hand.
