Honestly... I don't... get it from anywhere, I read the katakana myself =x

I know there's a PSO2 wiki some people are working on though if that helps. It should actually still be on the 1st page of threads. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Ive checked bumped... alot. No sign of it.

EDIT: If anyone can find this particular item on bumped... I will be shocked. But someone has helped me in the other thread... though I am still not 100% sure what it is.

That should be a hat. It reads orange eye hat from what I can see.
