help controls changed randomly

i logged in today and i cant move or use e on npc's unless i hold ctrl now if i try to use any key on my keyboard including spacebar it opens up the chat log and i type whatever i hit in chat, please if anyone could help me i would appreciate it so i can continue playing again.

edit: fixed it, if you have scroll lock on then this happens, simply turn off scroll lock on your keyboard to solve the problem.
