Very strange screen at Login

I've been having connection issues all night and now, upon finally logging in, immediately after typing in my password and hitting enter, this screen came up:

I haven't typed or clicked anything yet because I've never seen this before. Can someone help me out?

Its asking for you to get the key they mailed to you, since you've played on a different IP. They assume you're trying to hack in, so they emailed you a key to permit this IP to login.
