Setting up Third Person?

Whenever I go into over the shoulder mode, my controls suddenly become different (inverted camera, different shoot button), and I was pretty sure this was because you had to set both up individually, but I can't find any way to set up the over-should view other than main config menu.

Can anyone help me out here? I don't think any of the current guides show that detail yet.

In that same config menu there are three tabs at the top of the window. Use the second one.

Alright I got that much, but I take it there isn't a way to switch camera orientation between the views?

Like, to make one view inverted, and the other view normal.
