Quest Guide?

Hey guys, I just started playing a few days ago and I have most of the menu and such down but I'm stuck and have no idea where I need to go to unlock new areas. I did the service orders and unlocked Free roam Forest and I've beaten it several times. I've done the first orb on the story missions.. I have no idea what to do next to unlock caves. I have service orders for Forest but no idea what I need to do.

Is there a guide anywhere that shows the steps for what order to do what and where? Thanks.
