I have been having problems with my ID and Password and have been getting the error 62 a lot. Does this have to do with it?

7月31日(火)17:00頃より、PSU ID管理ページに障害が発生しておりましたが、
17:44頃に復旧いたしました。
PSU ID管理ページのみの障害で、ゲームサーバーは正常に稼働しており、

It was on the main JP site. Yeah I am back on I guess certain accounts were having problems with GC,Logging in and just managing IDs on the official site.

Ok so I am sorta on. I can get on,on my laptop but not on my desktop any idea? I get error 62 on my desktop but not on my laptop?
