Scratch card? How's that work?

Yeah, so obviously there's a bunch of cool new summer items coming out soon, and I was wondering, how do these Scratch things work? AC is involved? Are the items randomized?

All the cool stuff comes from the AC scratches.

FUN points items... aren't really FUN at all..

People get them from the AC scratch, then sell them in the player shops.
